This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how Cherish Dreams (referred to in this Privacy Policy as “we,” “us,” or “our”), as the developer of the Facebook Instant Game (the “App” or “Game”). This Policy also explains how we use and disclose the information we collect from you (“User”, “you”, “your”) which you may provide on Facebook, the Facebook Instant Game platform and any of its products or services (collectively, “Platform” or “Services”)., and your rights in relation to that information.

1.1 This app requests some information from Facebook to make the in-app functions work properly. When you access one of our Facebook Instant Games, Facebook will assign you one unique player ID per Facebook Instant Game (the “Facebook Instant Game Player ID”), which is linked to your personal information, and will disclose this ID to us. Facebook also provides us:

• The first name you have entered in your Facebook account
• The profile picture
• The language selected
• Timestamp of your last access to the application

1.2 We may also collect some game data related to your behavior in our Services like game duration, number of game starts and number of screen clicks.

2. Mode and Place of Processing the Information

2.1 We use the information we gather through our Service to help us better understand how our Services are being used. We will only use your information as described in this Policy or as disclosed to you prior to such processing taking place.

2.2 We describe how we use your information below:

• Advertising.

  This type of service allows user data to be utilized for advertising communication purposes displayed in the form of banners and other advertisements on this Application, possibly based on User interests.
  This does not mean that all your information are used for this purpose. Information and conditions of use are shown below. Some of the services listed below may use Cookies to identify Users or they may use the behavioral retargeting technique, i.e. displaying ads tailored to the User’s interests and behavior, including those detected outside this Application.

  Also, your information may be used for legal purposes by us in court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of our Services.

  2.3 If you believe that we are processing your information for purposes that are incompatible with the purposes for which we originally collected your information or subsequently obtained your consent, you may choose not to allow us to use your information for such processing. However, by limiting how we may process your information, some or all of our Service may not be available to you.

  2.4 The information is processed at our operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. 3. The Retention Time of the Information

3.1. The information that we store for legal reasons, however, is stored for as long as this is required by law. After expiry of a statutory retention period, the informaiton will be deleted without undue delay, unless there are other reasons within the meaning of Art. 17 (3) GDPR opposing the deletion.

3.2. If a user does not come back for a year, we will delete the information belong to this user automatically.

3.3 We keep your information for the below reasons:

• For litigation or regulatory matters. For example, we preserve your information where it is reasonably necessary for reasons related to a legal claim or complaint, such as where we are subject to a regulatory investigation or we need to defend ourselves in legal proceedings about a claim related to your information or respond to a regulator in relation to a complaint made by you or someone else.
• Issues relating to the safety, security, and integrity of our Services and to protecting rights, property, and users. For example, we keep information where it is necessary to investigate misuse of our Services, such as spam and other bad experiences. If we disable an account for violating our Terms, we also preserve information about that user for safety, security and integrity purposes.
• The actual information that we keep and how long we keep it for depends on the nature of the reason in question.
• Operational Retention Needs. We need to store information in certain cases for operational needs. We also store information where necessary for troubleshooting and debugging issues with our Services. We keep the information that we store for this purpose for up to 90 days, provided longer storage is not necessary for investigating and resolving a specific issue, or for legal reasons.

5. The Right of You

5.1 You may exercise certain rights regarding your information processed by us.
In particular, You have the right to do the following:

• Withdraw your consent at any time. You have the right to withdraw consent where you have previously given your consent to the processing of your information.

• Restrict the processing of your information. You have the right, under certain circumstances, to restrict the processing of your information.
• Have your information deleted or otherwise removed. You have the right, under certain circumstances, to obtain the erasure of your information from us.
• Receive your information and have it transferred to another controller. You have the right to receive your information in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format and, if technically feasible, to have it transmitted to another controller without any hindrance. This provision is applicable provided that the information is processed by automated means and that the processing is based on the User’s consent, on a contract which the User is part of or on pre-contractual obligations thereof.
• Lodge a complaint. You have the right to bring a claim before your competent information protection authority.

5.2 You can delete your game history on Facebook for our Services:

• Visit https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications&ref=settings.
• Choose the game you want to remove.
• Click “Remove.”
• In the pop-up, check the box to delete game history and click “Remove.”
• Click the “View Removed Apps and Websites link”.
• In the popup, click the “View” button to the right of the application.
• In the window, appeared click “Send Request” to delete your data.

5.3 When you delete your account or when it is deleted as a result of inactivity, we delete the information we have about you immediately.

6. Push Notifications

6.1. We will send information about our Services and relevant content through messages via Facebook Game Messenger Bots (referred to as “push notifications”) if you garee by enable the “Allow messages” fucntion.

6.2. Push notifications are sent through Facebook Messenger with user consent. You can receive push notifications by enabling messages. Your browser, app, or device must support push notifications. To facilitate this, our Services store your game-scoped ID, Facebook Messenger user ID, language setting, and timestamp of your last access, provided when you first play the game.

6.3. You can opt out of push notifications at any time by disabling the function through your Facebook Messenger settings:

• Go to Facebook Messenger Settings.
• Select the app from which you want to stop receiving notifications.
• Click “View and Edit.”
• Click the bell icon in the top right corner.
• Choose “Turn Off.”

7. Children under the age of 13 years

7.1 WE DO NOT knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register. If you are under 13, PLEASE DO NOT attempt to register with us or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address.

7.2 No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to us. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
